Jiangsu Sinpon Composite LLC (Sinpon for short) was founded in 2009. Sinpon is located in Huai'an city, in the center of northern Jiangsu province and traversed by the ancient Beijing-hangzhou canal. We enjoy convenient water, land and air transportation, as the surrounding railway stations and airports are all in service. The company is surrounded by Beijing-Shanghai (G2) and Nanjing-Huai'an (G25), and the Yancheng-Suqian-Xuzhou highways, only 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) from the nearest exit.
The company's registered capital is RMB 33 million, and it has plant area of 50 MU (333 ares), 82 employees, organized in several departments, including production, sales, management, finance, technical quality, R&D.  "Create client value" has been Sinpon's service philosophy since it was founded. We always focus the "client demand" and put it at our top priority. We have a well-established service system, providing pre-sales, on-purchase, after-sales services. At pre-sales phase, according to client's demands, Sinpon is able to customize the materials selection and design to optimize the cost performance and guarantee the proper service of the products; at on-purchase phase, to assure our clients, our technical representatives explain to the clients the details of the production technology, quality-controlling process, cutting-edge technology, instruction of installation and maintenance; at after-sales phase, Sinpon has a professional team of installation, and for part of our clients who are not familiar with the bimetal composite pipe and worry about the process of implementation, one package service is provided by our professional team of implementation. Sinpon has a well-established return visit system, ensuring at least visiting our regular customers once a year to help resolve the possible problems from the pipes in service by provide in time the spare parts/system and quality service.
Sinpon firmly holds the belief that "technology is the core competence for a company". Since the very beginning, Sinpon has been building the "industry-university-research" cooperation with college of nuclear technology at Harbin Institute of Technology and School of Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University, respectively. By the cooperation, Sinpon and the colleges get the advantages of each party's resources together, to tackle key problems in the production of the metal-based composites. In the recent 5 years, Sinpon has been successfully granted 13 patents, including 2 patents for invention, 11 product patents. By employing the two techniques of "mechanical lining" and "metallurgical joining", Sinpon has developed its own mainstream technique, that is, the combination of hydraulic pressure lining and numerical control spot welding. These inventions have successfully provided solutions to the hidden problems of swelling of stainless lining and the peeling-off of lining for large-diameter pipes, and thus it opens the door of the technics of preparing large-diameter composite steel pipes, having become the technology paradigm of domestic fabrication of "large-diameter stainless lining composite pipes". As a result, Sinpon was entitled provincial "high technology enterprises" by Jiangsu department of technology, and Jiangsu department of environment, both in 2014.
The belief of "quality is the foundation of enterprises" is deep-seated in Sinpon. Gradually, Sinpon has thoroughly established quality-control system and management system, and the steady and long-term cooperation between Sinpon and Shanghai Institute of Materials, The NCS Testing Technology Co., Ltd, The national engineering composite materials quality supervision and inspection center, and the national construction materials testing and inspection center has been successively built. By unremitting efforts, Sinpon obtained the ISO 9001 international quality management system certificate, ISO14001 environment system certificate, GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certificate, and unanimously became the 41st manufacturer in the world authenticated by API (American petroleum institute) in 2014.
Right market concept and sustainable innovation ability make Sinpon soar. In the recent 3 years, sales revenue of Sinpon has been rising year by year. Frequently, Sinpon's products have been employed in the core components in the national key projects, such as the oil pipeline in aircraft carrier base located in Hainan province, the cooling water hot air circulation system in an iron and steel plant of Baogang located in Zhanjiang, the heat-exchange tubes of nuclear submarines' power unit, Xiangjia dam of the three gorges corporation.
